Files you send for a free preview or Lite analysis are analyzed and not stored by Symptomica. Nothing is saved to an account.
AI in the EU by default, nothing kept
Free previews and Lite analyses are normally processed by the AI in an EU data center with zero data retention: the provider keeps no prompts or results and doesn't train on them. If that analysis can't evaluate an upload, or the EU service has an error, the same upload may be checked once more by OpenAI outside the EU under EU Standard Contractual Clauses, again with no data storage and no training. Pro analyses use OpenAI's most advanced models and are processed outside the EU under EU Standard Contractual Clauses, with no data storage and no training on your data.
